Scenic Photography

David Sanford is an artist who is specializing in landscape and nature photography. His work is shown in galleries and private sectors as well as in special events.

David has a background in all types of photography, but landscape and nature photography is his ultimate passion. His goal is to capture a feeling of serenity with colors and creations of our beautiful planet.

All prints are created from an original master high resolution photograph/digital image by David & Eva Sanford.
Their works are individually printed, using archival inks and canvases.
The archival inks, paper and canvas used are rated fade resistant for 80 to 100 years. Canvases are coated with a liquid laminate which blocks 99% of ultra violet rays and provides moisture and abrasion resistance.

All images are for sale in digital formats, prints, or on canvas in any size.

Wedding Photography

I have been photographing weddings since 1985. In that time I have shot many weddings, under a variety of settings. My wife and I have teamed up to provide twice the coverage to capture all of the important moments of one of the most important days of your life.

All of our weddings include all of your photos on a high-resolution CD, as well as the copyrights to all of your wedding photos. This is the equivalent of owning the negatives produced by a film camera, and gives you the ability to make your own reprints or enlargements anytime you want, either on your home printer or at a professional photo lab. With all weddings the first thing I do after the wedding, is download the images to my computer and make a backup copy so there is no chance of ever losing your very important pictures.

We will shoot weddings from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe, offering affordable prices.

About Creative Photographic Imaging

We are based in Northern California near Sacramento.

We take pictures of everything, but scenic or nature scenes are my favorite.

I bought my first camera in 1980 then photography was on film. After I took a picture I had very little control in the development process. Now that digital photography has become our standard I have complete control as to how our pictures are completed. I have been editing pictures for many years and found it to be very challenging. It is an art of its own.
